  •  Members who are due to retire or planning on an early retirement (ideally the process should commence at least 12 months before a member’s retirement date).
  •  Beneficiaries who are due to receive lump sum pay-outs as a result of the death of a member.
  •  Members who are due to receive lump sum disability benefits.
  •  Beneficiaries who are due to receive a lump sum payment from a trust or beneficiary fund upon reaching the age of majority.
