Currently, we have five-three Namibian students who are sponsored by Humanity Employee Benefits—two of whom are studying towards qualifying as Actuaries and one is studying towards Investment and Portfolio analysis and the other two studying towards qualifying as Medical Nurses . For Namibian University students studying Actuarial science, Accounting, or Investments, we have a student mentorship program whereby. During holidays, we provide opportunities for job attachments for these students. All these students that we have sponsored and mentored over the years are females from previously disadvantaged backgrounds. We are made patroons to the Izaks Boys High School in Leonardville, a rural school in the Omaheke region to which we made financiala contributions towards the betterment of the school.
